Data concerned
When you contact EPONA, the information processed may include your name, email address, telephone number, business information and the content of your request. Only transmit the elements necessary to study your project.
How the form works
When you validate the form, the information entered is transmitted directly to EPONA by e-mail so that the team can study your request and respond to you. The form is not used for automated prospecting purposes.
Purposes and bases of processing
- respond to your request and organize an initial exchange;
- study your project and prepare a support proposal;
- ensure monitoring of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship;
- comply with applicable legal and administrative obligations;
- protect EPONA’s interests and information systems.
Depending on the situation, these processing operations are based on your request, the execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures, EPONA's legal obligations and its legitimate interest in managing its contacts and securing its activity.
Recipients
The data is accessible to authorized persons within EPONA and, when necessary, to professionals or service providers participating in the processing of your file. They are neither sold nor rented. They are only transmitted to a third party when the mission, a legal obligation or your request justifies it.
Shelf life
Unanswered requests are kept for a reasonable period not exceeding three years from the last contact. When a contractual relationship is initiated, the data and documents are kept for the duration of the mission and then for the deadlines imposed by the applicable accounting, tax, regulatory and proof obligations.
Security and transfers
EPONA implements organizational and technical measures adapted to the nature of the data processed. When service providers located outside Andorra or the European Economic Area intervene, transfers are governed by the guarantees provided for by the applicable regulations.
Cookies
In its current version, this site does not install advertising cookies or audience measurement cookies. Technical browser functions may be used to ensure display and navigation. If tracking tools requiring consent are added, this policy and the choices offered to visitors will be updated before they are activated.
Your rights
In accordance with Andorran Law 29/2021 on the protection of personal data and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulations, you can request access, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, as well as limitation of processing or oppose it. You can withdraw your consent where the processing is based on it.
To exercise your rights, write to gestoria@epona-andorre.com specifying your request. Proof of identity may be requested when necessary to avoid the communication of data to another person.
You can also enter theAndorran Data Protection Agency (APDA).
